إطلاق النسخة الخامسة من تطبيق المحادثة الشهير WeChat

في الآونة الأخيرة انتشرت برامج الدردشة الفورية بصورة كبيرة ، و حلت بديلة لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي و كذلك قضت تقريباً على الرسائل النصية SMS ، من هذه التطبيقات الشهيرة تطبيق WeChat و الذي يحمل العديد من المميزات و يلجأ إليه بعض المستخدمين كبديل للواتس آب .

ويعتبر تطبيق WeChat واحداً من أكثر تطبيقات المحادثة الفورية استخداماً بعدد مستخدمين يصل إلى 300 مليون داخل الصين و أكثر من 70 مليون مستخدم في باقي دول العالم .

تطبيق WeChat تم إطلاقه في أوائل عام 2011 و كان في البداية مقتصراً على الصين فقط ، و في أبريل من عام 2012 تم إطلاق النسخة العالمية من التطبيق . و قد فكرت الشركة القائمة على تطوير تحقيق عائد مادي من التطبيق فطرحت استفتاءاً على المستخدمين في أبريل من العام الجاري لدفع مبلغ مالي مقابل استخدام التطبيق ، وقد لاقت هذه الحركة معارضة من 90% من المستخدمين مما دفع الشركة للتراجع عن هذه الخطوة !
